Project Manager

Hayfield, Kirkcaldy
£30,000 per annum

This is a varied and exciting role suitable for an experienced Project Manager. A minimum of 5 years’ experience gained in either the Aluminium window/curtain walling or PVC sector is preferred.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will have had experience of working with a known Commercial Aluminium Glazing contractor or PVC equivalent as Project Manager and will be responsible for management duties including assessing sub-contractors valuations for completeness, obtaining variation quotations, dealing with day works and ensuring quality standards and customer service expectations are met. The ability to read and understand product functions from technical diagrams, instruction manuals and design drawings is essential.

As this is a client facing role, you will have excellent communication and organisation skills. In addition, you will have exceptional time management, be able to devise, manage and monitor the construction programme and produce weekly reports for clients and head office.

A full, clean driving license is essential and possession of a current CSCS card, SMSTS or SSSTS is preferred.

Customer Care & Servicing Manager

From £26,000 to £30,000 per annum

This is a varied and exciting role suitable for an, experienced Customer Service Manager. Reporting to the Operations Manager and managing a small team you will play an active role in supporting our growing business.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a close working relationship with clients.
  • Developing a system of Key Performance Indicators for client satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that an effective after sales care service is delivered.
  • Ensuring that Service Engineers visits are co-ordinated and that they are equipped with the correct information and materials to deliver a first time fix.
  • Ensuring that the Customer Account Executives have high levels of communication with their clients and that the system is being accurately monitored and updated.

The ability to work under pressure, with excellent communication skills, good computer skills and attention to detail is essential.

Customer Account Executive - Fixed Term (9 months)

£17,137 per annum £8.45 per hour

This is a varied and exciting role suitable for an immediately available, experienced Customer Account Executive / Customer Service Advisor to cover a period of maternity leave on a 9 month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Customer Care and Service Manager and working as part of a team supporting our growing business, you will be responsible for proactively tracking client’s orders to ensure they are received on time and to the clients satisfaction. You will be the clients named contact within CMS and will action and provide reports proactively to the client on any requests for service.

The ability to work under pressure, with excellent communication skills, good computer skills and attention to detail is essential.

Fabricator / welder / sheet metal worker

Working within a busy Fabrication Department, reporting to the Department Manager, the successful candidate will be an experienced fabricator / welder / sheet metal worker.

Experience of tig welding within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

The candidate will be able to cut, form and weld materials from engineering drawings and work with sheet metal up to 6mm thick. They will also have experience of working with brake presses, guillotines, saws and sheet metal fabrication equipment.

The candidate will be expected to work to close tolerances and be able to handle inspection equipment in order to meet and maintain exacting quality standards at all times.

PVC & Aluminium Window & Door Fabricator

Working within a busy Fabrication Department, reporting to The Production Manager, the successful candidates will be an experienced Window and Door Fabricator. In addition, candidates will be quality conscious and have the ability to work on a production line as part of a team. Opportunities available in all areas of PVC & Aluminium Window & Door fabrication.
